Do I need to be good with computers?

You decide what it may do on its own. Anything you choose, like bookings, prices or money matters, waits for your OK first. It never quotes prices for jobs unless you allow it, it tells customers it's an automated assistant if they ask, and you can see everything it did.
Will it sound like a robot?

Can I keep my phone number?
