These terms apply to text messages sent by AI Custom Tech, and by businesses that use AI Custom Tech to text their customers.

What messages you'll receive

When you text or call a business that uses our service, or give it your number and agree to be contacted, you may receive messages about your request: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, invoices and payment reminders, and requests for a review. When you contact AI Custom Tech directly, you may receive replies to your inquiry and messages about scheduling your audit.

How you agree to receive messages

You agree to receive messages by texting the business first, by calling the business (we may text you back if the call is missed), or by giving your mobile number on a form or in person and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to receive messages again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@aicustomtech.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
