Terms of service

These terms govern your use of aicustomtech.com and the services of [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME LLC] ("AI Custom Tech", "we", "us"). Clients who sign a service agreement with us are also bound by that agreement; if the two differ, the service agreement controls.

Our services

We set up and operate AI assistants for businesses. An assistant can reply to the business's customers, collect information, book appointments, send reminders and invoices, and carry out other tasks the business enables, using the business's own settings, rules and connected tools.

Your responsibilities as a client

• Give us accurate information about your business, prices, services and policies, and keep it up to date.
• Have the right to contact the people your assistant texts, and follow the laws that apply to your business and to messaging, including consent and opt-out rules.
• Review the settings for what your assistant may do on its own, and review the tasks it asks you to approve.
• Keep your login details and approval phone secure.

About AI

AI assistants can make mistakes. Your assistant is designed to follow your instructions, to ask for your approval on the actions you choose, and to tell customers it is an automated assistant when asked. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for the work you provide to your customers.

Fees

Setup fees, monthly fees, usage limits and payment terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our written guarantee or your agreement.

Ending the service

Either side may end the service as described in your service agreement. When the service ends, your assistant stops, and we will provide an export of your data on request within 30 days, then delete it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell active clients about important changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
